4. DATA RETENTION
Your personal data is kept for a period of time determined by our purposes and the legal obligations incumbent upon us. The data related to your subscription is electronically archived for the entire duration of the subscription and for the legal periods of prescription. As for the cookies deposited on your terminal, they are kept for a maximum of thirteen (13) months from the first deposit on the terminal. 5. WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS AND HOW TO EXERCISE THEM?
To exercise the rights set out below, you may, provided you can prove your identity to us, write to us by e-mail at contact@blackpills.com or by post to BLACKPILLS, 120 avenue des Champs-Élysées 75008 PARIS. An electronic registered letter is not necessary to exercise your rights. It is sufficient to simply send the form with proof of identity by e-mail or by post. Under the conditions provided for by the regulations applicable to the protection of personal data, you have the right to access, rectify and delete your data, as well as the right to limit the processing. When your rights relate to certain uses of your data that are described in our cookie policy, the modalities for expressing your rights and preferences are described directly in this cookie policy so that you can quickly identify how to exercise your rights that relate to the different uses of your data. You also have the right to retrieve the personal data you have provided to us that is necessary for the performance of your contract with us. BLACKPILLS provides and operates television and video-on-demand services that are accessible through Terminals, whether computer, smartphone, or tablet.
