I.             DATA PROTECTION
1.            USE OF DATA
When using the Services, you may be required to provide BLACKPILLS with personal data about yourself in order to use the Sites and applications and to benefit from the Services (e.g., data provided for account creation). The processing of such data is necessary for the performance of the Services provided by BLACKPILLS.  The processing of such data is necessary for the performance of the Terms and Conditions of Use and is carried out in accordance with the regulations applicable to the protection of personal data and in particular, the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978 as amended and the European Regulation on the protection of personal data of April 14, 2016 (hereinafter "the applicable regulations on the protection of personal data"). This data is intended for use by BLACKPILLS' personnel and its subcontractors providing the Sites, applications and Services and, where applicable, its partners in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations. Certain data may also be made available to public bodies, law enforcement officers, and judicial officers in order to comply with any applicable law or regulation to which BLACKPILLS may be required to respond (e.g., judicial or administrative requests). You release BLACKPILLS from any liability for private internal disputes arising from the use of the Services by any other members of your household, whether they are minors or adults. Your data is used for the administration and technical and commercial management of the Services, as well as for audience measurement, quality monitoring, payment of claimants, commercial prospecting, detection of fraud against BLACKPILLS and for the management of disputes. Optional information is intended to help us get to know you better and improve our services to you. We use your data for the following purposes and on the following legal bases

2.            COLLECTED DATA
We collect in particular the following personal data:  
- Your identification and registration data for our services (name, first name, email address, etc.)
- Your data of use of our services
- The identification data of the terminals used to access our services
Your personal data may be provided to our subcontractors who are involved in the provision of our services and, where applicable, to our business partners, subject to your rights under the applicable data protection regulations.  We may also share user profiles with our business partners. These profiles may have been defined according to your use of our services and/or your interests. They are fully pseudonymized and are transmitted in a confidential and secure manner.  You may withdraw your consent at any time by following the steps described in our Cookie Policy. In addition, we may share with our business partners and service providers data relating to your use of our services, in particular for statistical purposes and to personalize our services and offerings. Such sharing can only be done subject to your free, specific and prior consent, which you can provide or withdraw at any time or in any case by respecting and guaranteeing the security and protection measures of your personal data when the applicable regulation does not require your consent. In any case, you may at any time, exercise your rights with us, in accordance with the article below, express your consent or withdraw it, without this in any way changing your rights to access our services.  Finally, personal data may also be communicated to public bodies, judicial auxiliaries, ministerial officers, in order to comply with any law or regulation in force, to which we are required to respond. In case of transfer outside the European Union, we operate in strict compliance with the protection conditions provided by the applicable regulations.
4.            DATA RETENTION
Your personal data is kept for a period of time determined by our purposes and the legal obligations incumbent upon us. The data related to your subscription is electronically archived for the entire duration of the subscription and for the legal periods of prescription. As for the cookies deposited on your terminal, they are kept for a maximum of thirteen (13) months from the first deposit on the terminal. To exercise the rights set out below, you may, provided you can prove your identity to us, write to us by e-mail at or by post to BLACKPILLS, 120 avenue des Champs-Élysées 75008 PARIS.  An electronic registered letter is not necessary to exercise your rights. It is sufficient to simply send the form with proof of identity by e-mail or by post.  Under the conditions provided for by the regulations applicable to the protection of personal data, you have the right to access, rectify and delete your data, as well as the right to limit the processing.  When your rights relate to certain uses of your data that are described in our cookie policy, the modalities for expressing your rights and preferences are described directly in this cookie policy so that you can quickly identify how to exercise your rights that relate to the different uses of your data. You also have the right to retrieve the personal data you have provided to us that is necessary for the performance of your contract with us. We will be able to comply with such a request for portability to the extent that it relates to such data, and/or the portability of such data to us or to a service provider of your choice is necessary to enable the service provider to provide services that you have previously provided to BLACKPILLS. Accordingly, in the absence of such necessity, the portability of your data will be limited to providing you with the categories of personal contact and identification information that you have provided in a usable form. 
II.            COOKIES
BLACKPILLS provides and operates television and video-on-demand services that are accessible through Terminals, whether computer, smartphone, or tablet. When you use the BLACKPILLS Services, cookies and other tracking devices or "cookies" are deposited on your Terminal.  This page provides you with a better understanding of how cookies work on our Services and how to use the various tools available to set (accept or decline) cookies.
1.            WHAT IS A COOKIE?
A cookie is a text file sent to your Terminal browser or application by a server and stored on your Terminal. Cookies allow BLACKPILLS to identify the Terminal on which it is placed and to collect information about your visit to our Services, such as your browsing history on the Services. If you do not accept cookies or if you delete cookies, you may not be able to use some of the features that may be required to use our Services. BLACKPILLS shall not be liable for any consequences related to the degraded or less optimal functioning of the Services resulting from the inability to save or view cookies. Cookies do not contain any personal data, but they may be associated with personal data that you have provided to us (for example, when creating an account on our Services). You may then exercise your rights as detailed in the Privacy Policy of the Services or in the BLACKPILLS Terms of Use.  2.            WHO SETS THESE COOKIES?
Cookies and other trackers used by BLACKPILLS: BLACKPILLS deposits cookies on your Terminal or allows external (third party) cookies to be deposited in order to process data on its behalf. In this case, as the controller of the cookies deposited when using the Services or viewing the Videos, BLACKPILLS determines the means and purposes of processing the data collected through the deposited cookies. Cookies from Vivendi companies: BLACKPILLS, which is part of the Vivendi group, allows the deposit of third-party cookies operated by Vivendi companies such as Dailymotion, Universal Music, Gameloft, Editis, Vivendi Village. These companies also operate cookies on their sites and may share them with BLACKPILLS. Similarly, BLACKPILLS may share cookies with other Vivendi group companies. For a complete and up-to-date list of Vivendi group companies, please visit Third party cookies: BLACKPILLS allows third party cookies to be deposited by third party companies (such as, but not limited to, advertising agencies, advertisers, communications consultancies, audience and campaign measurement companies, targeted advertising providers, real-time bidding platforms, etc.) in order to profile you and identify your interests through your use of our Services.
User session cookies: User session cookies store the information you have filled out on the forms made available on the Services. User authentication cookies: Authentication cookies allow you to access your account using the credentials you previously provided to us. Security cookies: These cookies allow us to implement security measures, for example, when you are asked to log in to a Service again after a certain period of time. Analytical cookies and cookies for personalizing our Services: Analytical cookies allow us to know the use and performance of our Services, to improve their operation and to better adapt to your expectations. To do this, they track your visit in order to establish visit statistics. The cookies used to personalize our Services allow us to adapt the presentation of our Services to your Terminal's display preferences (language used, display resolution, operating system used, etc.) when you use our Services, depending on the hardware and the display or reading software that your Terminal has.

Your browser can also be configured to inform you of the cookies that are or are about to be deposited in your Terminal and ask you to accept them or not. You can accept or refuse cookies on a case-by-case basis or systematically refuse them once and for all. We remind you that the refusal of cookies is likely to modify your conditions of access to our Services as well as their use (consultation of our videos, conservation of identification information, reception of personalized recommendations, etc.).
